Position Title:   Remedy Engineer      

Location:   Fairfax, VA

Project Overview: Development, implementation, and support of an Army-wide
Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and associated Service Desk
capability using the BMC Remedy ITSM v7 product suite. 

Daily Responsibilities: Hands-on development and configuration support of the
BMC Remedy ITSM v7 tools. Analysis of customer requirements and translation
of those requirements into usable capabilities within the tool suite. Conduct
training sessions with end-users and write training materials.

Required Skills: Remedy ITSM implementation experience. Remedy Consulting or
Development for 3+ years. 

Clearance Requirement: Interim Secret to start
