REMEDY DEVELOPERS
 
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
5 + years of Remedy Development 
5+  years with administration, troubleshooting, upgrading, user support, 
and implementation of Remedy applications 
Experience with gathering requirements from different customers to 
integrate their applications with Remedy 
Knowledge of "best practices" in functional areas and ability to 
apply Remedy knowledge to add value to client implementations 
Federal Government consulting and/or experience preferred 
 
Essential Job Functions 
Technical: Participate in determining standards and best practices within 
your area of product expertise.   
Technical: Design and construct technical components for a complex 
architecture. 
Methodology: Provide consulting support to the project during the Vision 
and Strategy, Architecture, and Development phases. 
Relationship Management: Manage client expectations and balance the needs 
of CSC and the client to ensure satisfaction for both.

Basic Qualifications 
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred 
Six or more years of experience in product analysis and implementation 
Experience working with CSC Catalyst and/or equivalent client or 
vendor-mandated methodology 
Experience working with the client's enterprise products, services, and 
strategies 
Experience working with one family of technologies on multiple technical 
platforms 

Other Qualifications 
Good product performance modelling and benchmarking skills 
Strong communication skills 
Ability to deal with and resolve ambiguity 
Ability to anticipate problems and take decisive action, giving regard to 
the impact on both the client and CSC 
Ability to adjust personal style to different situations 
Willingness to travel
