I concur.
I think we still have a form name problem here.
There was some confusion at the meeting also I believe.

Hello:
We have some issue like system does not allow the users to update the
data, even though user has proper rights.
When I verify the CTP:People Permission Groups form; there is not z1D
Action field at all.
Our Remedy System information:
Server version : 7.1.00 Patch 005
ITSM version 7.0.3 and Patch 7
I appreciate your help in this regards.

Betina,
Here is the steps I spoke about to sync the CTM:People and User form for a
user’s permissions -
Open CTM:People Permission Groups in the User tool
If z1D Action field is not visible, you will need to temporarily unhide it
either through the Admin tool or by customizing the view in the User Tool.
Search for the User
Modify All and put START in all caps in z1D Action field. Save the change.
